Delivery Information
All courier deliveries will require a signature, the item cannot be left anywhere without a signature. The courier will only deliver to the delivery address given. You can request in the additional comments to leave with an immediate neighbour either side of the property, however this is at the discretion of the courier and the courier is not guaranteed to leave the order with a neighbour.
An alternative delivery address can be given during the checkout process. This could be a work address or an address of a friend or family member who can sign for your order.
Some standard Royal Mail orders may be upgraded to Royal Mail recorded or courier at our discretion at no extra charge.
Please note that we are unable to request that any of our carriers leave items in places such as in blue bin, in greenhouse, behind gate etc. this would invalidate any claim for non-delivery made against the carrier should it occur.
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, listed in the below tables are the options along with pricing information. Delivery options are provided during the order process, you can also find out the delivery pricing before placing an order, by clicking on "Shipping Estimator" in your shopping cart, this will show you all shipping options along with pricing available in your area.
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be despatched the same day, you will also receive regular updates during the order process, such as “pick in progress” and “despatched”.

Returns information
We will exchange the goods or refund you. Simply return the item(s), all packaging and documents to us unused in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights - as extended by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
To return items to us please first contact us using the online contact form. You need to include the reason why you wish to return the product, if faulty the nature of the fault as well as your order number and your address including a contact telephone number. We will then process the returns request and issue a RMA number which you need to include on the outside of the parcel/package.
Once you have your RMA number please package the product carefully, pre-pay the postage costs and put the package in the post. Please do NOT affix anything to the product or packaging, doing so could invalidate your return. Please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the post. We will refund your postage charges if the return is a result of our error. We will send you an email confirming your return instructions when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
